We’re looking for an AI Engineer to build and scale next-gen GenAI products that blend large language models, real-time inference, and intelligent automation.

To build this platform foundation, Yavar is looking for a Founding Platform Engineer who will architect and build the core platform infrastructure. This role will play a critical part in shaping the technical backbone of Yavar’s AI ecosystem.

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in handling client escalations and post-production support.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring system stability, resolving production issues, and delivering high-quality solutions while collaborating closely with clients and internal teams.

You will work closely with product managers, designers, and AI/ML engineers to build reliable, high-performance applications that deliver real business impact.

Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations post-production deployment.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issues within defined SLAs.

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, DevOps, and design teams.

Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable web applications using Python (backend) and React (frontend).

Monitor application performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.

Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of applications in production.

Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes, tools, and documentation.

7+ years of experience in full stack development and production support roles.

Strong hands-on experience in Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask) and React.js.

Proven experience in handling client-facing roles, especially managing escalations and critical incidents.

Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and system design.

Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and deployment pipelines.

Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Exposure to microservices architecture.

Experience with real-time systems (WebSockets, event-driven architecture).

Knowledge of cloud services and infrastructure fundamentals.

Familiarity with AI/ML-powered applications or data-driven systems.
